Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 5dewa website accessible at https://5dewa.cam, including all associated services, tools, and content made available therein.
• "5dewa", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity behind the 5dewa platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any way.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a User's Account, whether deposited, won, or credited by way of a bonus.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action placed by a User using Funds from their Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by 5dewa subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 5dewa Platform is restricted to eligible individuals only. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are acting on your own behalf.
• You are at least 21 years of age. 5dewa strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all Funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by 5dewa from time to time.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of 5dewa or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 5dewa for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will and are not acting under the instruction or on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 5dewa reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated Funds without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5dewa will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 5dewa accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 5dewa requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of being requested to do so may be suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5dewa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 5dewa reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as third-party and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where an alternative method is approved through the support channel. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC completion. 5dewa reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or for accounts flagged by the fraud-prevention system. Withdrawal times listed above are indicative and may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, banking maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 5dewa are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, unless a combined deposit-plus-bonus requirement is explicitly stated. Wagers placed on certain low-margin or excluded game types (including certain table game variants and live dealer games at a contribution rate below 100%) may contribute less than the full stake amount toward clearing the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse. 5dewa reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and permanently terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse, without obligation to provide detailed reasoning.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses expire 7 calendar days after being credited to an Account. Expired bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings are automatically forfeited.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All Wagers are accepted at the sole discretion of 5dewa. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to Wagers placed after an event has commenced, Wagers placed on incorrect odds resulting from a system error, and Wagers that exceed applicable account-level staking limits.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets

Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, Asian Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are governed by the individual sport rules published on the Platform. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to succeed; a void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg at the original odds. For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, the applicable handicap line is fixed at the time the bet is accepted.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino, slot, and RNG-based games offered on the 5dewa Platform use certified random number generation systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game rules are displayed within each game's interface.

6.4 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on 5dewa are conducted according to official draw schedules and results. Winning payouts are calculated based on the prize table displayed at the time of ticket purchase. Draw results are final and no disputes will be entertained after payouts have been processed.

6.5 System Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, odds feed error, or connectivity failure that results in an incorrect price or game outcome being displayed, 5dewa reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the error benefited the User or the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

5dewa is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion options. Users may activate or adjust these tools at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

5dewa enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If a minor is found to have accessed the Platform using falsified credentials, the Account will be terminated immediately, all Funds forfeited, and the incident reported to relevant authorities where required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5dewa Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 5dewa or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 5dewa. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5dewa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or 5dewa had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5dewa's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Funds deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

5dewa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably determine that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law.

Upon termination for breach, any Funds in the Account may be forfeited in full. Upon voluntary closure or termination for reasons other than breach, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method after AML checks are satisfied.

Privacy

Your use of the 5dewa Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection principles. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5dewa holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents 5dewa from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

5dewa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
